He is survived by: his wife Jessie Sonnier Joseph; his children, James Fruge, Sr. (Terri), Phyllis Thomas (Joseph), Debra Guillory (Charles), Christopher Joseph, Catina Joseph, Charcee Jordan (Jamar) and Martin Harmon (Jawarnaca); his stepsons, Anthony Johnson (Kimberly) and Scottie Johnson (Unrica); his siblings, Larry Joseph (Beulah), Marie Joseph, Lois Joseph and Gladys Joseph; his sister-in-law Shirley Ann Joseph; and his goddaughter Amy Joseph. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
