She is survived by: her husband Earl Smith, Sr. of Opelousas, LA; her children, Earl Smith, Jr. of Opelousas, LA, Jennifer Ball (Marlon) of San Antonio, TX and Evelyn Smith (Bobby Smith); her siblings, Charles Haynes of Pennsylvania and Myrtle Johnson of Bunkie, LA; and her stepsister Thelma Edwards.
