She is survived by: her children, Quentin Paul Demone Charles and Katelyn Savoy; her mother Lucy Chavis; her siblings, Kerry Lee Charles (Clentrice) and Christine Richard; her godchildren, Devin Richard and Miaya Bryant; and her nieces, Leah and Lindsey Charles.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 4th 2025 at 8:30 AM at the Melancon Funeral Home (4708 I-49 Frontage Rd, Opelousas, LA 70570). A rosary will be held on Saturday, October 4th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location. A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Saturday, October 4th 2025 at 1:30 PM at the St. Charles Borromeo Catholic Church (174 Church St, Grand Coteau, LA 70541).
