He was predeceased by: his parents, Andrew Maxwell, Jr. and Mattie Johnson Maxwell; and his siblings, Louis Maxwell and Evelyn Anderson. He is survived by: his wife Marie Murdock Maxwell; his daughters, Mellisa Etienne (Steven) of Church Point, LA and Melinda Maxwell of Opelousas, LA; his sisters, Louise Robinson of Louisville, KY and Francine Woods of Louisville, KY; and his goddaughters, Jacqualine Vallaire and Annette Thomas.
Visitation was held on Saturday, December 6th 2025 from 12:30 PM to 1:30 PM at the Ford and Joseph Funeral Home.
