She is survived by: her children, Heath J. Barnes (Katherine) of Thibodaux, LA and Nicole Barnes (Travis) of Arnaudville, LA; her sister Bernadette Lation of New Orleans, LA; her grandchildren, Malcolm Barnes and Kathrina Tinson; and her godchildren, Patricia Lation, Norman Smith III, Tasha Herbert and Marchetta Tinson.
