It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Tracey Chevalon (Opelousas, Louisiana), born in New Iberia, Louisiana, who passed away on September 12, 2023, at the age of 64, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Mildred Bourque Chevalon and Austin Joseph Chevalon, Sr.; his stepmother JoAnn Chevalon; his stepson Jacob Bariola; his brother Dickey Chevalon; and his stepbrothers, Douglas Baudoin and Michael Baudoin.

He is survived by : his wife Jeannie Anderson Chevalon of Church Point; his stepchildren, John Bariola of Arnaudville, Justin Bariola of Carencro and Jessica Bariola Guidroz (Joshua) of Arnaudville; his brothers, Austin Chevalon, Jr., New Iberia and Webb Chevalon of New Iberia; his half-brother Robin Chevalon; his sisters, Wanda Romero, Patricia Provost, Dianna Davidson and Brenda Whitley; his half-sisters, Kathy Martin and Rose Mary Chatagnier; his stepsisters, Sarah Hebert and Barbara LeBlanc; and his grandchildren, Kielor Bariola, MaKenli Bariola, Josiah LeGros, Brielle Bariola, Myra Guidroz, Benjamin Guidroz and Abigail Guidroz. He is also survived by nieces, nephews.
