He is survived by: his brother Walter Cochran; his daughters, Marie C. Moulin (Kenny), Chee and C. Heurtin (Chris); his grandchildren, Carl V. Dennis II, Christin M. Dennis, Michael J. Cochran (Diamond), Lee and R. Heurtin; and his great grandchild Valisy Star Dennis. He is also survived by family members and friends.
