He is survived by: his wife Dawn Autrey Streety; his children, Melanie Streety Leach (William), Jackie Streety Lewis (Jeremy) and Douglas L. Streety Jr. (Valerie); his grandchildren, Jett Lewis, Jax Lewis, Nicholas Leach, Clark Streety and Corinne Streety; and his sister Dianne Streety. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.
