He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Daisy and Maxine Morzenski Daisy; his stepson Morris Decker; his siblings, Shirley Moore, Robert Daisy, Roberta Daisy, Joann Reed, Marilyn Boyd, Cindy Bragg, Norman Daisy, Leonard Daisy and Ronald Daisy; his grandsons, Jeremy Henn, Joshua Searing and Timothy Alex Daisy; and his siblings, Eugene Daisy, Johnny Daisy, Donald Daisy, Harold "Dutch" Daisy Jr. and Carolin Collins.

He is survived by: his wife Jessie Decker Daisy; and his children, Leonard G. Daisy (Monecris Daisy), Beverly Daisy Henn (James Henn), Sherry Daisy (Todd Doiron) and Timothy G. Daisy (Lorrie Daisy). He is also survived by 16 grandchildren, 28 great grandchildren, an 13 great great grandchildren.
