He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence "Chick" Moity and Marian Rizan Moity. He is survived by: his wife Rosemary Albert Moity; his children, Michelle Moity Martrain and Stephen Joseph Moity, Jr. (Megan Maraia); his grandchildren, Alexander Joseph Martrain, Abigail Rose Martrain, Parker Albert Moity and Cooper Joseph Moity; and his brothers, David Moity and Michael Moity. He is also survived by extended family members and friends.
