She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Landry and Edola Landry; and her husband Eugene Choate. She is survived by: her partner Ernie Saviano; her children, Cindy Bilderback, Susan Barefield, Spencer Choate and Scott Choate; her sisters, Connie Durant and Paulette Landry; and her grandchildren, Sarah Webb, Hailey Choate, Summer Matthews, Dexter and Dustin Barefield. She is also survived by two great grandchildren.
