He was predeceased by: his parents, Ozema Hue and Rosa Hue; his former wives, Virgin Hue and Ann Hue; and his siblings, Emily Hue Blanchard, Lucy Mae Daigle, Junius, Percy Hue and Shelby Hue.
He is survived by: his wife Shirleen Landry Hue of Pierre Part; his children, Jessie Hue (Teri), Nelson Hue (Dawn), Mark Hue (Candice), Paul Benoit (Jackie), Michael Benoit (Lori), Laura Thibodaux (Doug), Rosean Landry Koch (Bill), Sharon Landry (Blake), Lisa Crochet (Jeremy) and Erica Landry Boudreaux; and his siblings, Harry Hue (Sherri), Ernest Hue (Joann), Shirley Scully (Raymond) and Agnes Esteve. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 11th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Blessed Virgin Mary Church. A rosary will be held on Saturday, October 11th 2025 at 9:30 AM at the same location. A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Saturday, October 11th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in his name to St. Jude's Children's Hospital.
