She was predeceased by: her husband Verlin Ray Myers; her daughter JoAnn Myers; her parents, Shirley Alonzo and Ollie Huggins Johnson; her grandson Shane Waltermyer; and her siblings, Shirley A, Johnson, Jr., Rodney V. Johnson, Arlen D. Johnson, Raymond Johnson, Huey Johnson, Gary Johnson, Wayne Johnson, Irma J. Merrill, Irene Vanderhoof and Norma Tarver.
She is survived by: her children, Christopher Todd Myers and Lisa Myers; and her grandchildren, Krystal Johnson, Landon Anders, Cody Cheatham and Eric Cheatman. She is also survived by four great grandchildren, and numerous other nieces, nephews, and friends.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, December 14th 2025 from 1:30 PM to 3:00 PM at the Palmer Chapel Memorial Church (895 Williams Lake Rd, Pineville, LA 71360). A funeral service will be held on Sunday, December 14th 2025 at the same location.
