It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charles Fred Carter Jr. of Pineville, Louisiana, who passed away on July 22, 2025, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Fred Carter, Sr. and Viola Lifer Carter. He is survived by: his wife Karen Evans Carter; his sons, Charles Thomas "C. T." Carter (Leigh) and Christopher Carter (Britt); and his grandchildren, Allan, Elizabeth, Caroline and Greydon Carter.
Visitation will be held on Friday, July 25th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:30 AM at the Palestine Global Methodist Church (306 Tioga Rd, Ball, LA 71405). A memorial service will be held on Friday, July 25th 2025 from 10:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the same location.
