He was predeceased by: his wife Claudia Isaac; his son Clyde Glen Isaac, Sr.; his parents, Herman Isaac and Minnie Isaac; and his son-in-law Johnny Weathersby.
He is survived by: his children, Charles Ned Isaac, Jr. of Pineville, Clifton Ray Isaac of Pineville and Ann Weathersby of Boyce. He is also survived by eight grandchildren; and three great grandchildren.
