She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy Maxwell and Mildred Maxwell; her husband Leroy Moore; her granddaughter Brandi Lyn Moore; and her siblings, Mary Ann Marter and Harold Maxwell.
She is survived by: her sons, Larry Moore (Beverly) and Gary Moore (Ada); and her grandchildren, Blake Moore (Halie), Brandon Moore, Paige Moore Smith and Taylor Moore (Lindsay). She is also survived by 5 great grandchildren; and a host of extended family and friends.
