He is survived by: the mother of his children Vivian Ann Cupples Harris; his children, Theresa Jackson (John), Greg Wiley (Ji-Young) and Cyndi Pennington (Glen); his stepchildren, William "Bill" Roberts (Vicki), Marjorie Bland (Gordon), Lenore Rose (Ken) and Eva Watts (Jeb); his brother Ed Wiley (Judy); his grandchildren, Maddy, Julianna, Kelly, Melody, Adrianna, Ben, Evan, Monica (Evan), Carl, Jr., Daniel (Shelly), Nathaniel (Rachel), Paul (Rachel) and Sarah; and his great grandchildren, Hailey, Danica, Adalyn, Hannah, Wyatt, Tobias and Madeleine. He is also survived by other family members and friends.
