With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Frances Lacour Johnson (Pineville, Louisiana), who passed away on March 18, 2021 at the age of 98. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Louis LaCour and Orelia LaCour; her siblings, Joseph Curry, Albert, Louis LaCour, Mary Cora Grant, Mable Curry and Bessie Johnson; her children, Erna Ruth Williams-Smith and Vernon Williams, Jr.; and her grandchildren, Andrea Dupar and Darryl Oden.

She is survived by: her children, Bernice Oden, Dr. E. Faye Williams, R. Marie Williams, Siverene Williams-Jones (Albert), Gussie Williams-Dupar (Jon), Mildred Duncan (Claude) and Stevie LaCour (Mary). She is also survived by 15 grandchildren, 22 great grandchildren, 6 great-great grandchildren and many nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.
