With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Gerald Jean Wright of Pineville, Louisiana, born in Jonesboro, Illinois, who passed away on October 3, 2023 at the age of 88. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Martin Green Wright and Effie Mae Davis Wright; and his wife Joyce Burnsed Wright. He is survived by: his children, Tina Wright Sullivan (Cliff), Jeffrey Wright (Amanda), Sandra Wright Lindsay (Tom) and Gregory Wright (Karen); his grandchildren, Charissa Owens, Reldon Owens, Selena Wright, Kevin Wright, Corbi Aymond, Ronald Aymond, Caila Mann, Mark Mann, Kristi Brown, Robert Brown, Brittany Walper, Robert Walper, Brandee Wright, Whitney Tyner and Troy Tyner; his great grandchildren, Rylan Owens, Livia Owens, Addison Owens, Micah Walters, Hannah LaPrairie, Rylei Aymond, Bailey Brown and Caleb Walper; and his siblings, Bill Wright (Linda) and Charlotte Whitehead (Bob).
