He was predeceased by: his wife Sabrina Darlene Tyler; his parents, Eugene Tyler and Annie Mae Tyler; and his siblings, Jerry Tyler, Mark Tyler, Johnnie Tyler, Floyd Tyler, Susie Walker, Shirley Jean Tyler, Naomi Brinkly and Dora Jane Walker.
He is survived by: his close friend Alice Flores of Clifton; his children, Tommy Crowell, Jr. (Ashley) of Lafayette, Tanya Gaspard of Pineville and Barbara Collins (Cornell Richard); and his siblings, Luke Tyler (Mary) of Killeen, Elvis Tyler (Pat) of Shreveport, Blanche Thomas of Gardner, Margaret Byone (Cleve) of Cloutierville and Elaine Bagby (Abe) of Anahuac, Texas. He is also survived by five grandchildren.
