It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gillbert Orval Harris of Pineville, Louisiana, who passed away on September 15, 2023, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Harris and Ruby Simmons Harris; his son Todd Harris; and his siblings, Earlina Richardson, Martin Harris and Dale Harris.
He is survived by: his wife Patricia Harris; his sons, Kenneth Fisher (Alma), Chad Harris (Carol) and Kevin Fisher (Angela); his sister Lura Harris; and his sisters-in-law, Beth Harris and Joann Gutekunst. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
