She is survived by: her mother Katie Maude Thompson Carraway; her children, Teresa Thomason (Tim) of Alexandria, LA, Jamey Layssard (Janey) of Alice, TX, Eric Layssard (Patricia) of Taylor, AR and Chris Layssard (Resmie) of Noble, LA; her sisters, Murriel Staton of Haughton, LA, Shirley Kreid of Haughton, LA, Peggy Adkins of Sarepta, LA and Quinnie Martin of Princeton, LA; her grandchildren, Jentry Thomason (Misti), Jody Thomason (Amber), Jennifer Thomason, Joy Rister (Jamie), Jill Abernathy (Michael), Jessica Gibson (Brian), Morgan Colvin (Colt) and Scott Layssard; and her great grandchildren, Jonah Thomason, Elizabeth Thomason, Cara Thomason, Kate Abernathy, Alexander Abernathy, William Abernathy, Sarah Gibson, James Rister, Jennifer Rister and Julie Rister. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.
