He is survived by: his wife Ruth Lucas Belgard; his sons, Marty Belgard, Jr. (Stacy) and Joey Belgard (Rosa); his siblings, Faye Nolan, Helen Kirk (Bob) and Emitte Belgard (Beverly); his grandchildren, Andy Belgard (Erin), Allyson Belgard Dupre' (Jake), Bob Franks and Ted Franks (Arlene); and his great grandchildren, Isaac, Silas Dupre', Dillon and Ellie Franks.

To honor his memory, donations may be made to First Baptist Church, Pineville.
