He is survived by: his wife Marla Voda Moffett; his sons, Brandon Moffett (Holly) and Barrett Moffett; his grandchildren, Jonathan Moffett, Abigail Moffett, Gabrielle Moffett, Grace Moffett, Maximilian Moffett and Natalyia Roy; and his brother Robert Moffett (Jo Lynn).
Viewing will be held on Monday, October 12th 2026 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Hixson Brothers Funeral Home of Pineville (2701 Military Hwy, Pineville, LA 71360). A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 12th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM and at 12:00 PM.
Memorials may be made in Jack's memory to a charity of the donor's choice.
