He was predeceased by: his parents, John Whitehead and Helen Pilgrim Whitehead; and his sister Myra Rodden. He is survived by: his wife Teresa Whitehead; his children, Jacob Whitehead (Heather) and Jessica Whitehead (Marcus); his grandchildren, Tatum, Drake, Ian, Aubryi, Addie, Ava James, Ryan, Mea, Gavin, Hunter, Dace, Tati and Kiya; and his brother Gary Whitehead (Dot).
