She was predeceased by: her husband Kenneth Wayne McBride; her parents, Leonard Sharbono and Odette Eskew; her son Leonard "Wayne" McBride; and her brothers, Charles Leonard Sharbono and Joseph Frankin Delong, Jr..
She is survived by: her children, Kenneth Michael "Mickey" McBride (Karen), Larry Stephen "Steve" McBride (Joanne), David Randall "Randy" McBride (Janet) and Cheryl Ann McBride Squyres (Steve); and her siblings, John Hugh Eskew, Jr. and Sandra Gayle Delong Fenner. She is also survived by 20 grandchildren; 77 great grandchildren; 33 great, great grandchildren, and numerous other family and friends.
Visitation was held on Monday, August 31st 2026 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Hixson Brothers Funeral Home of Pineville (2701 Military Hwy, Pineville, LA 71360). A funeral service was held on Monday, August 31st 2026 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
