It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joyce E. Phillips Goff (Pineville, Louisiana), who passed away on May 27, 2023, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her daughter Marguerite Enola; her parent Marguerite Phillips; her husband James Edward Goff; her children, Carrol Ann Dunn and James Ivy Goff, Sr.; and her granddaughter Margaret Setliff.
She is survived by: her brothers, Julius of Pineville and Donald Ray Phillips of Pineville; and her children, Ronnie Lynn Goff of Alexandria and Conzy Goff Watson of Pineville. She is also survived by eleven grandchildren; twenty-two great grandchildren and twenty-three great-great grandchildren.
