She is survived by: her husband Dr. David Simmons; her children, Stephen David Simmons (Pamela), Anne Chantelle Wise and Laura Judith Simmons; her siblings, Joseph Mark Lytle, Leo Bell Lytle, III (Vallerie), Ellen Jane Gill (Kent), Gloria Jill Ballio (Robert) and Jennifer Nell Wright; her grandchildren, Stephanie Chantelle Carr (Bryce), Robert Michael Wise, Elisabeth Anne Wise, Kyle Chandler Simmons, Madison Quinn Simmons and Chase Alexzander Simmons; and her great grandchild Jasalin Marie Mullins.
