It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Leon Roger Anders of Pineville, Louisiana, who passed away on August 18, 2025, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his former wife Adelia Carpenter Anders; his parents, Leon Rudolph and Christine Bradley Anders; his brother Cleveland Anders; and his stepson Wayne Spence.
He is survived by: his wife Ernestine Anders; his daughters, Sheryl Anders Bonial (T. J.) and Julie Anders Suarez (Kevin); and his stepsons, Frankie Spence, Randy Spence and Roy Spence.
Visitation was held on Thursday, August 21st 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Hixson Brothers Funeral Home of Pineville (2701 Military Hwy, Pineville, LA 71360). A funeral service was held on Thursday, August 21st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
