It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Michael E. Cosenza Sr. of Pineville, Louisiana, who passed away on July 1, 2023, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his daughter Heather Bill McComic; his granddaughter Joleigh Adell Cosenza; his son-in-law Terry McComic; his parents, Frank A. Cosenza Jr. and Gloria Jeanine Cosenza; his siblings, Clarence "Skeets" Moore and Joan Marie Gallien; his brother-in-law Paul Gallien Sr.; and his niece Ashley "Tooter" Gallien.

He is survived by: his children, Mike Cosenza Jr. (Sherree), Amy Cosenza and Deanna Cosenza (Mike Waltermyer); his grandchildren, Trevor Fontenot, Lexie Cosenza, Dusty McComic, Reece Cosenza, Jordan Meche (Devin), Jaydan Berryhill, Brett Waltermyer, Blake Waltermyer and Alexis Rachel; his great grandchildren, Jamon Cosenza, Alijah Cosenza, Kaden Meche, Savannah Meche, Trey Rachel, Jonathan Rachel and Ruby Waltermyer; and his siblings, Steve Cosenza (Cheri) and Sandy Lavespere (Wayne). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other family and friends.
