With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Norma B. Tarver of Pineville, Louisiana, who passed away on August 3, 2025 at the age of 92. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Edward J. Tarver, Sr.; her parents, Shirley A. Johnson and Ollie Huggins Johnson; her sons, Carlton Bryan Tarver and Timothy Clay Tarver; her siblings, Shirley A. Johnson, Jr., Rodney V. Johnson, Arlen D. Johnson, Raymond Johnson, Huey Johnson, Gary Johnson, Wayne Johnson, Irma J. Merrill and Irene Vanderhoof; her grandsons, Bobby Tarver and Timothy Tarver; and her great grandchild Jace Brown.

She is survived by: her children, Edward J. Tarver, Jr. (Stephanie) and Kim Tarver Brown (Roy); her grandchildren, Chris Brown, Justin Brown, Jared Tarver, Zachary Tarver and Courtney Tarver; her great grandchildren, Davin Tarver, Lanie Tarver, Tristan Tarver, Olivia Tarver, Kaden Brown, Keirsten Brown, McKenzie Jones and Rian Jones; and her sister Barbara Myers. She is also survived by other family members and friends.
