He was predeceased by: his parents, Otis Lee Harrell and Meggie Rebecca Leneave Harrell; and his siblings, Ray Harrell, Randy Harrell and Glendia Harris.
He is survived by: his wife Phuong Harrell; and his sons, Anthony Harrell (Vickie), Scott Harrell, Justin Harrell and John Harrell. He is also survived by eight grandchildren; seventeen great-grandchildren.
