She was predeceased by: her husband Thomas Ray Douglas, Sr.; her parents, William Decker and Cora Curry Decker; and her brothers, James Decker and Clarence Decker.
She is survived by: her children, Connie Taylor (Mark) and Thomas "Bo" Douglas (Sonja); her grandchildren, Casey Douglas, Courteney Douglas, Jessica Sinclair (Jacob), Shelli McKay (Chris) and Drake Carroll; and her great grandchildren, Taylor McKay and Slade Sinclair. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and extended family.
