He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Chambers and Cora Chambers; his sisters, Claudette O'Brien and Alice Wootan; and his daughter Traci Whatley.
He is survived by: his children, Paul Douglass, Jr. and Christeen Parker (Rayford); and his grandchildren, Connor Chambers, Chandler Chambers, Carmen Buswell (Ethan) and Cody Parker (Chasta).
Visitation will be held on Monday, August 11th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Gallagher Funeral Home (3994 Monroe Hwy, Ball, LA 71405). A funeral service will be held on Monday, August 11th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
