He was predeceased by: his wife Kathryn Phillips; his parents, Charles W. Phillips and Frances McGuire Phillips; his son Jeffery S. Phillips; and his siblings, Douglas F. Phillips, Charles W. Phillips, Roger L. Phillips, Joan Beaubouef, Pauline Jones, Yvonne Johnson and Ollie Edwards.
He is survived by: his children, Darrin E. Phillips (Sherry), Bruce E. Phillips and Cynthia P. Thorne (Shelly); and his grandchildren, Kaci, Alayna, Matt, Kevin, Oren, Colton, Andrew and Connor. He is also survived by eight great grandchildren, and numerous other family and friends.
