With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Richard B. McLaren of Pineville, Louisiana, born in Alexandria, Louisiana, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on January 12, 2026 at the age of 65. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the vast expanse of eternity, Richard shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Richard farewell, his loved ones carry with them the precious gift of his memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Herman C. McLaren and Dorothy C. Clark McLaren. He is survived by: his wife Jacquelyn McLaren; his daughters, Heather Manwell (Forrest) and Stacy Jarred; and his grandchildren, Anastasia, Abbye (Kendal), Thomas, Gracelynn, Kimber and Zak. He is also survived by five great-grandchildren.
