He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel Rambo and Juanita Rambo; his brother Samuel Rambo; his daughters, Christine Charrier and Sherrye Willbanks; his grandson TJ Laborde; and his great grandchild Aiden Dyson.

He is survived by: his wife Elaine Rambo; his children, Richard Rambo (Bridgette), Ryan Rambo (Elizabeth), Dana Huddleston (Brian) and Kimberly Echols; his grandchildren, Jessica Wolford (Kimberly), Amanda Wolford, Chad Charrier (April), Scott Rambo (Tabbatha), Devin Rambo (Laci), Keith Rambo (Noel), Dustin Dyson (Destaney), Nicholas Willbanks (Taylor), Justin Willbanks, Lauren King, Brett King, Regan Rambo and Colby Huddleston; and his great grandchildren, Gavin, Logan Dyson, Richard Paul Rambo, Kylie, Emily Wolford, Mauricio Rejas, Tori Charrier, John, Matthew Rambo and Sir Bentley Rambo.
