She is survived by: her daughter Mandy Carmouche (Micheal); her stepchildren, Tabitha Griffith (David), Pete Sayes (Debbie) and Robert Sayes; her grandchildren, Tristan, Caleb and Bryce; her brother James Terry (Fran); and her caregiver Donna Newland.
