He was predeceased by: his parents, Gerald Eugene and Jacqueline Loken Smith. He is survived by: his wife Lisa Praska Smith; his daughters, Melinda Faye Thomisee (Branden) and Jessica Lynn Lawhon (Cade); his siblings, Glen Smith, Patrick Smith (Mary) and Paula Davis (Jeff); his mother-in-law Alice Praska; his sisters-in-law, Donna Fontenot (Charlie) and Kathy Rosier (Larry Dale); and his grandchildren, Clayton, Caroline, Cooper, Luke, Eli and Crew. He is also survived by nieces and nephews, and numerous other family and friends.
