Bobby Gene Nicholson Obituary

We are sad to announce that, on February 13, 2026, at the age of 95, Bobby Gene Nicholson of Pioneer, Louisiana passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Lamar Nicholson and Bertha Nicholson; his son Steve Nicholson; and his sister Ann Nicholson Cupid. He is survived by: his wife Sarah Lou Emily Nicholson (Lemmie); his children, Rickey (Edy) of Pioneer, Harry (Teresia) of Ruston, Mike (Theresa) of Forest and Sherri White (Fen Collinsworth) of Ruston; and his daughter-in-law Belynda of Oak Grove. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren, 31 great-grandchildren, and 3 great-great-grandchildren, extended family members and numerous friends and neighbors.

In Lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Pioneer Baptist Church in Pioneer, Louisiana.
