She was predeceased by: her parents, O. C. Sanders and Julia Sanders; and her brother Charlie Sanders. She is survived by: her husband Larry Drurey of Pioneer, LA; her sons, Larry Drurey II (Kelli) of Oak Grove, LA and Rod Drurey (Melissa) of Pioneer, LA; her grandchildren, Lauren Roberson (Patrick), Kolten Drurey (Emily), Case Drurey, Cooper Drurey and Crews Drurey; her great grandchildren, Patton Roberson, Walker Drurey and Emersyn Drurey; and her siblings, Rufus Sanders (Wanda), Ricky Sanders, Emily Peacock (Ted), Belinda Owens (Doug), Pam Shelton (Richard) and Lisa Sanders.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, September 30th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Brown-Holley Funeral Home (10324 LA-17, Oak Grove, LA 71263). A funeral service was held on Thursday, October 1st 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
