DonPatton Matthew Pierce Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of DonPatton Matthew Pierce of Pitkin, Louisiana, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on October 31, 2025 at the age of 38. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He is survived by: his wife Christina Marie Pierce; his children, Addilynn, Kameron, Jacob and Wyatt; his siblings, Victoria, Shirley and Jake Belonga; and his pets, Tank, DJ and Sgt. Pancakes. He is also survived by brothers- and sisters-in-arms, and friends.
A memorial service will be held on Friday, November 14th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Fort Polk Main Post Chapel (7217 Stannard, Fort Polk, LA 71459).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Wounded Warrior Project at https://www.woundedwarriorproject.org., in honor of Matt's service and in support of Veterans and Families.
