She is survived by: her sons, Ken Perkins (Rita) of Oakdale, Brad Perkins (Junita) of Glenmora and Jay Perkins (Sandy) of Hemphill, Texas; her grandchildren, Lorie Perkins of Oakdale, Ashton Childress (Cody) of Hemphill, Texas and Jake Perkins (Grace) of Hemphill, Texas; her great grandchildren, Logan Willis (Anna) of Glenmora, Shawn Coker (Savanna) of Oakdale, Dawson Perkins of Oakdale, Wesley Johnson of Oakdale, Alyx Perkins of Hemphill, Texas, Embry Perkins of Hemphill, Texas and Haze Childress of Hemphill, Texas; and her great great grandchildren, Alex Willis and Leo Willis. She is also survived by nieces and nephews, family and friends.
