He was predeceased by: his parents, Buren Mullins and Irene Mullins of Greenville, Texas. He is survived by: his wife Susan Diane Mullins of Pitkin; his children, James Michael Mullins (Shelby) of Campbell, Texas and Tammy Ray (Michael Paul, Sr.) of Pitkin; his siblings, Eddie Mullins of Dallas, Texas and Patricia Hughey of North Carolina; and his grandchildren, Brittney Ray, Rebecca Janish (James), LeAnn Strother (Aaron) and Michael Ray, Jr. (Alicen). He is also survived by ten great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Saturday, September 6th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Rush Funeral Home - Oakdale (113 S 11th St, Oakdale, LA 71463). A memorial service was held on Saturday, September 6th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
