He is survived by: his wife Doris Jean "Jeanie" Perkins of Pitkin; his children, Windell "Pookie" Perkins, Jr. (Christine) of Pollock, Tammy Wright (Craig) of Ragley and Tina James (Harold) of Ragley; his sister Weeda O'Connell of Alexandria; and his pet Man. He is also survived by four grandchildren; four great grandchildren; a host of nieces and nephews.
