He is survived by: his wife Mary "Cissy" Jackson Slack; his daughters, Andrea Leigh Slack of Benton, LA and Emily Claire Kinsey (Gerald) of Plain Dealing, LA; his grandchildren, Caroline Sparks and Jace Sparks; his sisters, Mary Louise Christianson (Jerry) of College Station, TX and Martha Gail Cook (Ronny) of Plain Dealing, LA; his mother-in-law Ann Jackson of Plain Dealing, LA; and his siblings-in-law, Andy Jackson of Plain Dealing, LA, Linda Lafitte of Keithville, LA and Tammy Jackson of Plain Dealing, LA. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
