The passing of Benny Joe Carringone Jr. of Plaquemine, Louisiana leaves a void in the hearts of many, as we bid farewell to a loving soul who departed on July 11, 2025 at the age of 73. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his father Benny Carringone, Sr.; and his grandparents, Dominic, Nettie Palermo Carringone, Amelia Lott and Louis Bernard.
He is survived by: his children, Trinity Carringone and Ryan Carringone (Tammie); his siblings, Mike Carringone (Amelie), Brett Carringone, Leroy Brown (Lucille), Darren Brown and Dana Berthelot (Donald); his grandchildren, Gabby "Goose", Blake, Kody Alvarez and Ryan "RahRah" Carringone II; and his mother Shirley Carringone Fleniken. He is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, August 1st 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church (57805 Main St, Plaquemine, LA 70764). A Mass will be held on Friday, August 1st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Friday, August 1st 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Grace Memorial Park (60455 Bayou Jacob Rd, Plaquemine, LA 70764).
In Lieu of flowers donations may be made to the American Diabetes Association.
