Though Cornell may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Cornell touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Eloise Brown and Joseph Brown; and his brothers, Norman and Henry. He is survived by: his wife Anneliese; his siblings, Frederick, Gill, Estelle and Gloria; and his sister-in-law Kathy. He is also survived by loving nephews, nieces, aunts, cousins, relatives, clients, employees and friends.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, July 22nd 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Wilbert Funeral Home (24120 Railroad Ave, Plaquemine, LA 70764). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, July 22nd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Tuesday, July 22nd 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Grace Memorial Park (60455 Bayou Jacob Rd, Plaquemine, LA 70764).
