He was predeceased by : his great grandchild Brynlee Tullier; his parents, Martha Budd and Vernon Budd; and his siblings, Vivian Banta, Lula Adams and Ory "Bill" Budd.
He is survived by : his wife Mary Aline Budd; his daughters, Melissa Ducote, Paula Tullier (Byron) and Iris Budd, Jr. (Rebecca Heartman); his grandchildren, Brandon Tullier, Anthony Tullier, Rebecca Tullier, Clint Tullier, Ashley Tullier, Brent Tullier, Brittany Budd and Brett Budd; his great grandchildren, Kadence Daigle, Barrett Nugent, Hadley Nugent, Paislee Tullier, Rilynn Tullier, Kollyn Tullier, Theresa Tullier, Selena Tullier and Christina Thorsland; and his brothers, Ernest Budd and Carl Budd. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
