He was predeceased by : his mother Norma Hardy; and his grandparents, Carl and Ellen Sampson. He is survived by : his father Bobbie Sampson (Janet) of Plaquemine, LA.; his siblings, Craig Pinsonat (Rhonda) of Maringouin, LA. and Selena Hawkins (Matthew) of Mt Carmel, IL.; his daughter Samantha Smith of Princeton, IN.; his grandchildren, Chambry Brewer, CorDe Walden, Paris Walden, Kobie Smith, Jon Anthony Sampson, Sophie Sampson, Zylar McMahel and Zaylee McMahel; his great grandchild J. J. Brocato; his brother Jackey Sampson; and his daughter Candy Sampson. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
